Service Features & Usage Limits

Connection essentials for cross-border access

VPNRE brings international routes, client setup and subscription management into one workflow. First identify what you need to access, then choose an exit region, and finally test the connection with your actual tasks. Route names can help guide your choice, but they cannot replace checks of the target site, app account or local network.

Everyday browsing, online collaboration and long-running streaming put different demands on a connection. The sections below cover common questions, practical steps and limitations, helping you distinguish route issues from client settings and restrictions imposed by the service you're accessing.

International routes / region overview

Regions and route types: reference

VPNRE covers 90+ countries / 230+ routes. The table below shows examples of route types in popular regions. Cities, available routes and what appears in your account depend on the account panel. A region name does not guarantee availability on any streaming or AI service; test access to each destination separately.

Choose your destination, then compare routes

Before choosing an international route, check whether the destination service requires a particular region. For tasks that need a consistent region, keep the exit region the same, provided it complies with the service's rules. For general browsing, compare actual loading performance across regions. Geographic distance is only one factor: cross-border routing, your local ISP and the destination server's location can all affect performance. The nearest region isn't automatically the best choice for every use case.

IEPL, relay and direct describe different routing arrangements, not a universal ranking of user experience. If access fails, switch routes while keeping the local network, app and destination the same, then see whether the issue changes. If only one site is affected, check that service's account and regional rules. If several apps fail at once, investigate the client and local network.

Check connection status separately from service availability

A connected status in the client confirms that the connection step succeeded; it doesn't mean every app is using the same route. Browser extensions, system proxies and app-specific settings can interact. Note the exact steps that reproduce the issue: which page you opened, where it stopped, and whether switching routes helped. This is more useful for diagnosing the problem than repeatedly reinstalling the client, and makes it easier to describe the issue clearly when submitting a support ticket.

Route status is for reference when choosing a route; it does not indicate whether a destination site is accessible. Check the account panel for available routes and subscription details. For setup help, start with the guides.

Subscription plans / choose by usage

Monthly plans and data packs

Monthly plans suit regular use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Data packs suit occasional or irregular use: they're consumed as you go and never expire. Compare options by how often you connect and how tasks like streaming or file transfers affect your usage—not by device count alone.

Monthly plan · 60GB

¥9.9/month

For browsing, research and text-based collaboration. If your usage is fairly consistent, track your actual consumption to see whether this plan fits.

  • Includes 60GB of data
  • Resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day, no-questions-asked refunds
Choose this plan

Monthly plan · 250GB

¥18/month

For everyday work plus streaming, cloud collaboration or file transfers. Base your choice on usage over a full billing cycle, not a single task.

  • Includes 250GB of data
  • Resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day, no-questions-asked refunds
Choose this plan

Monthly plan · 500GB

¥28/month

For frequent video streaming or file syncing. The larger data allowance accommodates heavier usage, but does not guarantee access to every destination service.

  • Includes 500GB of data
  • Resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day, no-questions-asked refunds

Data packs: keep data for occasional use

Data packs are available at ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. All data is used as needed and never expires. If you browse occasionally, work on projects in bursts or don't have a regular monthly schedule, compare data packs alongside monthly plans. Choose based on your actual access needs and budget; never expiring doesn't mean the data won't be consumed. Check the account panel for details on how products are applied and displayed.

Use your usage history, not estimated viewing hours

Data use varies with video resolution, encoding and platform settings. For development, text requests use far less data than downloading dependencies. That's why we don't convert data allowances into fixed viewing hours or workdays. After you start using the service, check your account's data history and factor in browsing, syncing and downloads before deciding whether to change plans.

If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before comparing plans, check your activation date, remaining data and upcoming usage so you don't confuse a larger data allowance with a longer billing period. Payments are supported via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Check your order, payment status and plan details in the account panel. If there's a question about an order, keep the order details and contact support through a ticket.

From account setup to client configuration

Create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. In the account panel, choose a suitable plan, get your subscription and import it using the instructions for your platform. Client downloads are also available in the account panel; this marketing page does not provide installers or live subscription links. When switching devices, check the client configuration and route again—don't assume a connection working on one device is already set up on another.

After importing your subscription link, make sure the configuration updated successfully, then test the international sites you use most. For help distinguishing system settings, app settings and destination service policies, consult the guides and help center. VPNRE presents verifiable details on pricing, data, coverage and refunds. Understanding these limits is more useful than relying on a single connection test in one scenario.

Android VPN setup: Install a client and verify your connection

Follow the Android setup process: install a client, import your subscription, grant VPN permission and adjust battery settings. Then check the connection and confirm that the apps you need actually work. A successful import alone doesn't prove that a destination app is accessible; don't stop at the status icon.
